The furnace has good efficient heat preservation and little pollution. it is a perfect environment protection fast heating equipment for model industry corporation. 

Heating principle:uploading the billet at the rack and feeding into furnace heating through auto. Control system, it has two areas: preheating area and heating area,heating energy through high pressure fan convey hot air to preheating billet at preheating area, while heating to the setting temp that auto. control system push out the furnace gate through hot shear cutting billet, gauge billet pushed to revise rack feeding structure by push oil cylinder, return cylinder push back the leave billet into furnace for heating preservation, then feeding structure feeding into extruder robot.
